Flamingo Family
A soft mural for a private client's baby room, painted before the baby arrived
OVERVIEW
A private commission for a baby’s room: a family of flamingos in soft pinks and corals, drawn with the looseness of a sketchbook page so the mural feels warm and approachable rather than formal. Painted before the baby arrived, it was made for the room to grow into.
THE CONCEPT
The piece is built around a family of flamingos: parents and child, to echo the feeling of welcome, care, and new beginnings. The soft palette and loose linework keep the mural playful and gentle, so it sits naturally in the space without feeling too formal.
