The thinnest wall I've ever painted: two sides of a doorway turned into an adventure.

OVERVIEW
A private commission to paint the two narrow sides of a doorway. One side takes its cue from Monkey Island, the other from Indiana Jones, so walking through the door means passing between two adventures.
THE idea
The space was tiny, so the challenge was scale. Every detail had to read from a step away, and the story had to work in a strip barely wider than a hand. It turned a doorway people pass through every day into a small journey of its own.
