Almanacco bestiale
Twelve panels that breathe on their own yet belong to one another: a contemporary bestiary of coexistence.
OVERVIEW
Hundreds of creatures pressed together across twelve panels, each panel its own season and emotional temperature, drawn in dense interlocking line and shifting colour. Up close it dissolves into individual animals and faces; from across a room it reads as one continuous, restless field of life.
THE CONCEPT
Rooted in the tradition of the bestiary, the medieval encyclopedias that used animals as mirrors of the human condition, this work reimagines that language for now. Not symbols of virtue or sin, but of something more honest: coexistence, the crowding of life, the way every moment contains multitudes. A piece that asks for time, and gives it back.
Format
Available as a unified twelve-panel installation, or as individual monthly panels: each one complete, each one part of something larger.
